Week 5..OUTREACH ANNOUNCEMENT!

   This week our speaker Elaine Allegretto is speaking on Relationships...so good! I just really love this topic. Here is the acrostic she gave us about how, through our character, people are influenced:

Integrity: builds relationship on trust

Nurturing: cares about people as individuals

Faith: believes in people

Listening: values what others have to say

Understanding: sees from their point of view (even if you don't agree)
Enlarging: helps others become bigger
Navigating: assists others through difficulties
Connecting: initiates positive realtionships
Empowering: giving them power to lead

-This is the kind of influence Jesus had, and it came from the kind of character He had..
We will always influence other people, and some of the greatest influence we will have, is unspoken.

   Today's food for thought:
"Jesus says everyone is worthy of love. Will I love like He loves? Or will I hold on to my own paradigm?.."

   Looking forward to what this week has to bring! So excited to soak it all in...

   Oh, and one more thing..
WE ARE GOING TO COSTA RICA!!!!!
